"The store itself is clean, organized, and well kept, but the customer service and management need improvement. I had a very disappointing experience with an employee, and instead of the situation being handled professionally or receiving an apology, management handled it poorly by shoving her into a bathroom acting as if she didn’t do anything. A nice store environment doesn’t make up for poor customer service and lack of accountability."

"This is a really unique, great store that fills a niche. It's not for everyone and everything (for example it's not a replacement for Wegmans). Some will not like the self service on carts (Bring a quarter which you will get back) and bagging. But that helps them keep the cost down and the prices are incredible, and I mean incredible. Check it out and it, give it a chance and it may fill a certain complementary role in the same way Costco and other types of stores do."
